我們不會收集你的位置、通訊錄或者相片。App 使用相機有兩個用途：教練掃描上課 QR code；以及學員拍攝食物相片，在你的 iPhone 上以 Apple 內建的影像識別估算營養。相片只在你的手機上分析，不會儲存或者上傳；只有你確認記錄的食物名稱及營養數字會儲存到你的帳戶。為改善識別，記錄時亦會儲存由相片計算出的影像特徵數字（不能還原成相片），只用作訓練食物識別。
你的預約（姓名、電話、上課時間）會寫入負責教練的 Google 日曆，並設為私人活動，只有教練本人看到。 查詢食物營養時，你的手機會將食物名稱（英文，例如「salmon」）傳送到美國農業部（USDA）公開的 FoodData Central 資料庫搜尋營養數字；不會傳送相片、你的姓名或者任何帳戶資料。 除此之外，我們不會出售、出租或者與第三方分享你的個人資料，亦沒有任何廣告或追蹤。
你可以隨時在 App 或網站「帳戶」頁按「申請刪除帳號」，管理員會在 7 日內處理：取消你未上課的預約、停用帳號（不可以再登入）， 並從系統移除你的個人資料，不再用於通知或推廣。為符合會計及法律要求，你的姓名、聯絡資料及上課紀錄會由管理員封存保留 7 年，期滿後自動刪除。 你亦可以透過以下方式要求查閱、更正或刪除資料。

All Time Fitness collects your name, phone number, email, class bookings, attendance records and membership details, which gym staff enter when creating your account. We also store body and health data (height, weight, body fat, muscle mass, BMR and your health questionnaire) and the food records you log (food names, portions and estimated calories, protein, carbs and fat); your coach and staff can view them to give training and nutrition advice. We use them only to manage your bookings, record attendance and show local class reminders on your device. Your bookings are added as private events to your coach's Google Calendar. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and there are no ads or tracking. The camera is used to scan check-in QR codes and, for members, to photograph food: the photo is analysed on your iPhone with Apple's built-in image recognition and is never stored or uploaded. You can request account deletion at any time from the Account page in the app (processed within 7 days). Your account is then disabled and your data removed from active use; for accounting and legal purposes, your name, contact details and class records are archived by our staff for 7 years and then deleted.
